IATI Scoping paper

The aidinfo team at Development Initiative have drafted the IATI Scoping Paper, which sets out the potential scope of IATI, what information could be covered and outlines some recommendation for how IATI could achieve its goals.

This has been through two consultation processes and taken on board comments made by a number of key IATI stakeholders.  The scoping paper will now be used as the major input for planned consultation meetings with partner countries and CSOs, and is available for comment below.
