Our case study in Cambodia took a slightly different route to our previous case studies. We set out to look at the way aid information flowed within the government itself. The recent update of the ODA database had an impact on this, so we considered any affects this may have had. Additionally, we attempted to understand the specific needs of line ministries such as the Ministry and Education, Youth and Sport (MOEYS).
We identified any improvements users felt would help their work. We also looked at the sources they currently use and then considered any problems they found in these.
